By downloading, installing, or using the MemoRx application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and CTXA LLC.
MemoRx is an educational study application designed to help pharmacy students prepare for licensing examinations, including the NAPLEX. The App provides flashcards, quizzes, and drug reference content for educational purposes only.
IMPORTANT: MemoRx is an educational tool only. The content provided in the App is intended solely for study and exam preparation purposes and does not constitute medical, clinical, or pharmaceutical advice. Do not use information from MemoRx to make clinical decisions or advise patients. Always refer to official, current clinical resources and consult qualified healthcare professionals for patient care decisions.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

All content within the App, including drug cards, quiz questions, flashcard content, branding, and software, is the property of CTXA LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial study purposes only.
Certain features may require payment. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and policies. Subscription pricing and terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policies.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CTXA LLC does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that content will be current, complete, or accurate. Exam content is provided for study purposes and may not reflect the most current exam format.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CTXA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including any reliance on App content for clinical or examination purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Delaware.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide notice of material changes through the App or via email.
